Razzaz Boutique Hotel was opened in 2017. This house is located in the old quarter of Tehran and in the neighborhood of Mirza Mahmoud Vazir, in center of Tehran.

The hotel has about 150 years old and dates back to the Pahlavi and Qajar eras. After about 3 years of renovation and refurbishing process, the hostel got prepared for welcoming guests. Pahlavan Razzaz Boutique Hotel was previously known as Arian Hostel.

This traditional residence has 2 floors, 22 rooms and two courtyard with experienced and trained personnel. It has considered different facilities for guests including English speaking staff, parking, well equipped public kitchen, free Wifi, restaurant and coffee Shop.
